Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in R12 and Fusion SCM. The candidate will primarily play a customer-facing role onsite in Mentor, Ohio, coordinating with global Infosys consultants and clients to resolve open items in supporting R12 and Fusion. Responsibilities include working on and resolving critical issues in SCM Techno-functional areas of R12 and Fusion, and understanding/ addressing customer concerns in technical, functional, or human resources aspects to ensure smooth ERP operations.

• 11+ years of IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; work experience may substitute
• Willingness to relocate or commute daily to Mentor, OH; minimum 3 days onsite work required
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Hands-on experience with development, testing, and deployment of PLSQL, BIP, OIC, SCM configuration (mainly OM, Mfg, Inventory, Planning, Procurement)
• Experience with system integrations and interfaces, especially on PaaS Cloud
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to handle post-production support issues in R12 and Fusion (SCM and Finance)
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and deliver results
• Proficiency in resolving open items and closing solution gaps with Oracle

• Ability to develop strategies that enable client growth and profitability
• Knowledge of software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends
• Logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of financial processes and pricing models
• Experience in SCM domain and global delivery environment

The role may require travel to client sites and extended periods working at a computer. Effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face is essential.
