Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with support and implementation experience, covering modules of Oracle HCM. This position's primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end-to-end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configuring the system, coordinating system integration testing, user training, and acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• Experience with Oracle fusion cloud HCM - required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects
• Must have hands-on techno-functional experience in the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, and OTL
• Must have experience across Extracts, Fast Formula, and Integrations
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience in recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high-level implementation plans
• Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
• Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations
• Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems
• Experience leading and conducting CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions as well as developing and delivering end-user documentation/training materials

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle hands-on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Ability to work in a global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
