Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core Functional Analyst to join our Oracle HCM Configuration team. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Oracle HCM Core module, including Redwood upgrades, Journeys, and transactional workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities - Gather and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM Core enhancements.
- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules.
- Lead functional testing, client training, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and test system extensions.
- Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support post-deployment issue resolution and system stabilization.
Required Qualifications - 6+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core.
- Strong experience with Redwood, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel for data analysis and validation.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT systems and integrations.
- Familiarity with additional HCM Cloud modules such as Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits.
- Proven ability to lead fit-gap analysis, CRPs, and training sessions.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications - Workforce modeling knowledge.
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Core HR preferred over other modules.
