Oracle CC&B Data Conversion consultant - Infosys : Job Details

Infosys is seeking a Senior Data Conversion Consultant with a strong utility domain background. In this role, you will play a techno-functional role in the Data Conversion track of the CIS solution for Electric and Gas utilities, specifically related to Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), or Customer Cloud Services (CCS).

The candidate should have experience in data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle CC&B, C2M, or CCS, with at least 3-4 years in a lead role within North American utilities markets.

This position is based in Columbus, OH. Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the USA within the EST time zone. Travel to project sites may be required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 11 years of IT experience.

• 8+ years of experience in utility data conversion projects, with 3-4 years as a lead.
• Experience with full-cycle data conversions for utilities (Power, Water, Sewer), including design and deployment.
• Proficiency with Oracle CC&B data model and functionalities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to understand legacy systems, perform data profiling, lead data mapping, and design activities.
• Ability to define data conversion strategies and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of legacy data models and data quality issues.
• Experience designing and developing ETL jobs using tools like Informatica or ODI.
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling and mapping.
• Team player with the ability to resolve functional issues during project execution.
