Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Anaplan applications including data models and dashboards.
  • Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end users to address their needs and resolve any system-related problems.
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required:

  • Experience: 7 to 9 Years.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Anaplan product, with a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models.
  • Extensive experience in providing Anaplan model builder and solution architecture experience.
  • Strong experience with core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes such as incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Passion and ability to create holistic end-to-end integrated solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Responsible for the overall Anaplan architecture to ensure new models and enhancements to the existing models are designed in an integrated and optimal manner.
  • Maintain and optimize all current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality to achieve further automation and integration of data and processes, enhancing user experience.
  • Stay up to date with Anaplan features and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage them to improve incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processes.

Preferred:

  • Anaplan certification is a plus.
