• Fully remote position
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Emphasis on hands-on configuration — not a project manager role
• Candidate must have strong technical Oracle background, especially in Payroll, Absence Management, and Timekeeping modules

• Bachelor's Degree required

💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor)
• Analyze HR processes and translate them into system requirements
• Conduct gap analysis and business process design
• Perform full life cycle activities: setup, testing, training, go-live support
• Create dashboards and reports using Oracle HCM data
• Lead UAT, troubleshoot system issues, assist in data migration
• Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT) for successful solution delivery
• Coordinate testing plans and defect tracking
• Provide post-go-live payroll operations support
• Document all functional and technical specifications

🧠 Skills Required

• Mandatory:
• 10–15 years of total experience
• Strong Payroll operations experience
• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud modules: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management
• Experience with data migration, testing, and interface design
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle full implementation cycle
• Technical Skills:
• HCM configuration and implementation
• Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud
• Reporting & audit documentation
• MS Office proficiency

🧾 Certifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred
• No NY license required
