As Manager, Global Campaign Operations & Planning, About the Role:- You will play a central role in transforming how this company plans, manages, and measures integrated marketing campaigns across business units and regions. - You'll lead the implementation and optimization of their centralized Campaign & Content Management Platform (CMP), with a strong focus on Optimizely CMP. - You'll help design and roll out standard campaign workflows, taxonomies, and best practices that drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance across a complex global marketing ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesCMP Implementation & GovernanceLead the global rollout and configuration of Optimizely CMP, working with Corporate Marketing, Digital, and BU teams.Translate complex campaign processes into standardized blueprints, briefs, workflows, and taxonomies within the platform.Own CMP onboarding and training programs; act as the primary system SME across geographies.Partner with IT to integrate CMP with tools like Adobe Assets (AEM) and Veeva PromoMats to support MLR workflows and compliant content reuse.Campaign Planning & OptimizationDrive the adoption of a unified, data-driven approach to campaign and content planning across BUs and regions.Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, well-scoped, and deliver against funnel KPIs.Work closely with marketing analytics to define and refine campaign measurement frameworks.Process Simplification & Change EnablementFacilitate process mapping workshops (e.g., Kaizens) to identify gaps, reduce inefficiencies, and standardize workflows across regions.Simplify and document campaign planning processes in ways that are scalable and repeatable.Act as a change agent-inspiring adoption, building cross-functional trust, and championing governance models.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Legal/Regulatory.Help business units in their setup of a structured intake process, resource coordination, and workflow management.Drive alignment between regional and corporate marketing functions on tools, calendars, content strategies, and KPIs.Qualifications5+ years experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital project managementHands-on experience configuring or managing a CMP (preferably Optimizely); certification preferredStrong understanding of B2B campaign planning in a regulated industry (MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences)Skilled in process mapping, workflow design, taxonomy development, and content lifecycle managementExcellent project management and communication skills across functions, geographies, and seniority levelsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce, and Veeva PromoMats and VaultStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence decisions and improve processesBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively Judge ) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
