Job Description :
Maintaining and organizing both paper and electronic files, assisting with purchasing and ordering supplies, budget tracking, mailing, managing routine office equipment and services (i.e. alarm, pest control, fire extinguisher), obtaining quotes for services, compiling, reviewing and processing equipment tracking forms, coordinating staff training, notary public, and complying with purchasing card policy and procedure implementation. Serves as receptionist, greeting and responding to the public as appropriate. Must be able to answer calls from, and provide assistance to, the public in a courteous, respectful and positive manner. Must be well organized, punctual and display a cooperative and professional attitude. Must be able to work with other administrative support staff within the Northeast Region to coordinate and complete invoice processing procedures in a timely manner.
