Sims State Veterans' Nursing Home Panama City, Bay County Hourly Rate: $15.54 Paid Bi-Weekly **Other vacant positions/shifts, including OPS (temporary) positions/shifts may be filled from this advertisement within six (6) months of the closing date.** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
  • Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Administrative and/or clerical experience working in an office environment
  • Experience creating documents, maintaining files, and keeping records
  • Experience in human resources and/or working with confidential employee information and/or data
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position reports to the Nursing Home Administrator and provides professional administrative support, specific to human resource functions within a state veteran nursing home.
