OPS Mail Assistant - University of North Florida : Job Details

Department Housing & Residence Life-OPS Compensation $14.00 Hourly Required Qualifications The OPS Mail Assistant position will be a year-round position that will include working holidays and when the University is closed. This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to students receiving mail and/or packages at Osprey Ridge. Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out, orientations and other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast paced environment. High school diploma (or GED) and two years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Cannot be a current UNF student. Shifts will be from 2pm to 10pm; days may vary. This position is currently scheduled for 28 hours a week. Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check.
