Ensures customers are fully registered in Employ Florida with resumes posted and viewable by businesses utilizing the system. Assists customers with setting up Virtual recruiter in Employ Florida. Identify, screen and refers qualified applicants to available job postings. Provides candidates information on other services available, to include but not limited to, career advising, interview preparation, salary guidance and offer negotiations. Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Utilize internal and external databases to identify potential candidates. Provide presentations on various topics to internal and external customers. Match, prescreen and prepares participant to appropriate job vacancies leading to employment. Responsible for ensuring that customer completes all pre-requisites for employment including testing if necessary.
