TX Security Operations Center - Operator (2nd shift - 2 pm-11 pm)Description of Position:The operator works within a team environment and is required to remotely observe stores to identify theft and fraud. Operators observe cameras at length while protecting the Companys assets. By proactively identifying theft and fraud situations, the Operator maintains a strong Loss Prevention culture in the store to reduce losses and liabilities. This position is an on-site role that will work out of our Distribution Center facility located in Jacksonville, TX. Duties and Responsibilities:Observe stores via CCTV to identify theft and build external cases for prosecution. Actively communicate with stores and Field Loss Prevention to address current theft and fraud activity. Communicate theft and fraud incidents to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Record cases in APIS Case Management System. Communicate all concerns regarding CCTV/ Systems to SOC Manager or LP Technology Coordinator.
