Operator, Production-1 - Magna International : Job Details

Specific Job Duties:Follow safety rules of Decostar, use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace including: training of new employees, immediately reporting all accidents, injuries, near misses, unsafe acts or conditions and correcting or commending health and safety performance. Understand OSHA and EPA as they pertain to your work area and actively participate in accident investigations and completion of all open action items. Perform all job duties per the work instructions/work guidance sheets for your work area. Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by the Shift leadership. Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction.
