Operator - ONEOK : Job Details

ONEOK is hiring an Operator in Heyworth, IL. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, dayshift with some OT and on-call responsibilities. Assist with or perform activities related to pipeline system operations. Maintain the pipeline and its supporting operational and monitoring equipment in compliance with regulations, company work practices, and safety standards. Ensure the reliability of equipment, and accurate measurement and quality of product transported through the system. Essential Functions and Responsibilities. Perform mainline operations of pumping units and operate refined product pumps. Perform product sampling, run samples for analysis on in house lab equipment; measure location physical stock, meters, and additive variances. Gauge products transferred to and from tanks, trucks, and pipelines. Perform valve lineups, switch and tank changes as required to move products in and out of storage.
