Operator - ONEOK : Job Details

Assist with or perform activities related to pipeline system operations. Maintain the pipeline and its supporting operational and monitoring equipment in compliance with regulations, company work practices, and safety standards. Ensure the reliability of equipment, and accurate measurement and quality of product transported through the system. Essential Functions and Responsibilities. Perform mainline operations of pumping units and operate refined product pumps. Perform product sampling, run samples for analysis on in house lab equipment; measure location physical stock, meters, and additive variances. Gauge products transferred to and from tanks, trucks, rail cars, and pipelines. Perform valve lineups, switch and tank changes as required to move products in and out of storage. Work diligently and follow all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss. Input information into computer programs and other system applications as required.
