QUALIFICATIONS: Experience – 1-2 years manufacturing, will train to specific tasks. Education – High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements – must be willing and able to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 25lbs, ability to stay on task and not wander. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary: The production assembler position is in the bellows department. Essential Functions: Performs a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive tasks Run an RF welding machine Use of a clicker press and dies to cut materials. Works from diagrams and drawings Daily tasks will change based on the work that needs to be done. Focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to quality. Selected members will be required to work closely with others on the team to complete repetitive tasks to support the assembly of a given product line. Must be able to read a ruler to the 32nd. Ability to read prints/instructions a plus but will train the right candidate. Must have attention to details Must have transportation.
