Operator II (Assembler) - VS6 - 2nd Shift - Schaeffler AG : Job Details

Your Key Responsibilities* Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information* Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations* Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes* Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol* Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines* Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesYour QualificationsRequired* High school diploma or GED equivalent* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English* Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment* Good visual acuity* Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required* Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorshipOur Offering* 2nd and 3rd shift premium available* Hiring Bonus paid out in steps* Medical, dental and vision insurance* Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match* Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits
