This includes setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards. The Operator I will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during production and performing routine maintenance on equipment.This position requires the ability to work on 2nd shift, which may include evenings and weekends. The Operator I must be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
