Monitor and control the process, and product, to prevent non-conformance. Troubleshoots to resolve problems. Responsible for proper packaging and labeling of work-in-process and/or finished product. Responsible for accurate documentation of process conditions. Maintains computer inventory. Machine maintenance. Lead and directs crew. Develops crew's skills and provides training. Sets next crew up for success and effectively and efficiently communicates at shift change to Operators and Supervisors.
