The Essential Functions of this Position include but are not limited to:Maintaining a Clean Work Area and reporting any Safety Hazards to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Participating in Safety Programs and Initiatives throughout the Plant. Knowing and observing all Quality and GMP Standards. Working efficiently and cooperating with Supervision and other Associates. Setting Up, Troubleshooting, Adjusting, and Operating equipment within specified ranges. Performing Changeovers on equipment. Performing Quality Inspections according to Operational Specifications for all Operations performed. Possess working knowledge of current Production Reporting System and how it applies to all positions. Performing basic Preventative Maintenance on equipment as assigned. Maintaining and handling inventory, as necessary. Actively participating in Continuous Improvement activities including BD Production System (BDPS)Performing other job-related duties as assigned or needed.
