Perform all warehouse replenishment roles and inventory functions, cycle counts, and ensure warehouse safety, security, and quality processes are followed. Operate all warehouse equipment accurately, including scanners, inventory management systems, and forklifts. Perform responsibilities for team members in times of absence or vacation. Process returned raw material from production, and perform warehouse cycle counts. Receive raw materials or finished goods product using computer software systems, and verify quantity, part number, P. O. number, and vendor lot number. Prepare substitute packing slips if necessary, and perform receipt transactions in inventory management systems. Perform build function for materials received using Datalan system and Kanban cards. Prepare outbound shipments, verify quantities, lot numbers, and part numbers, and document on load sheets. Properly package outbound packages for shipment to prevent damage and loss.
