Operations Trainer - 2nd shift - cargill corporation : Job Details

Be a resource and mentor to new hires (and existing employees) during onboarding, qualification process (transfer process), and post probationary process. Handle environmental health and safety data management system to continuously improve employee awareness, track training completion rates and analyze safety indicators. Handle environmental, health and safety related records and reporting to ensure the system compliance with certification requirements. Contribute innovative ideas to promote environmental health and safety activity planning and collaborate to guide country or site teams on new corporate programs or procedures. Provide technical, regulatory and behavioral knowledge and consultation to build a strong environmental, health and safety culture.
