Operations Technology Engineer - Packaging Coordinators : Job Details

Implement MES/ OT: Develop and implement a comprehensive MES / OT technology strategy that aligns with the companys operational goals and objectives. Implement/ Maintain CCTV systems: Implement and maintain a CCTV system that monitors production issues on the equipment. Includes troubleshooting issues as well as working with other departments to assist in providing recorded footage when issues occur. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage local site-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment between OT and other global and site-level departments. Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Spark MES on the Ignition platform utilizing PI Data Historian suite by AVEVA Software. Oversee the operation and implementation of the Lion Optimizer MES system. Includes integrating the MES system into various PLCs, HM - Is, and other packaging equipment utilizing OPC, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
