Position Overview The Operations Technician will be part of the client's Command Center team—a 24/7/365 operations hub responsible for the remote monitoring and technical oversight of roadside enforcement technologies across North America. The technician will help ensure system uptime, respond to issues in real time, and maintain operational excellence through meticulous documentation and support. Key Responsibilities Monitor and remotely troubleshoot roadside enforcement and traffic safety systems. Review camera images and video footage to verify equipment functionality and image quality. Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and technical staff to resolve operational issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal databases and systems. Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and team key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and backlog reviews. Manage and resolve assigned trouble tickets and work orders efficiently. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify service enhancements. Support rotating on-call coverage as part of a 24/7 operational environment. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 2 years of experience in operations or remote technical troubleshooting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Agile Scrum certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scrum Fundamentals) is a plus. Scripting or programming experience (PowerShell, Visual Basic, Python) preferred. Proficiency in data interpretation, network/system troubleshooting, and information technology. Strong multitasking ability and time management in high-volume operational settings.
