Summary

As the Operations System Engineer, you will be a product champion. You will be responsible for system-level test and integration of new system products from product kick-off through final qualification testing. You will develop overall system-level test plans and procedures covering all internal and external hardware, software, and test requirements. You will work with and guide multiple discipline teams within the organization.

Requirements
  • Distill complex product designs into hardware and software components to create project structures.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop requirements and technical documents.
  • Write and review test plans and procedures.
  • Manage requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability.
  • Navigate interdisciplinary technical issues and coordinate hardware-software interfaces.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for meetings and peer reviews.
  • Develop and coordinate verification/validation of customer and product requirements.
  • Perform system-level testing of final products.
  • Work with configuration management to verify and validate hardware and software baselines.
Qualifications and Education
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 1-5 years of experience in integration testing of complex hardware.
  • Experience with MBSE and Cameo preferred.
  • Experience in generating system requirements/design documentation and requirements management.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and configuration management across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
  • Understanding of reliability predictions and analysis.
