Job Responsibilities
  • Manage organizational IT support needs across various offices.
  • Provide excellent customer service, end-user training, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Procure equipment, troubleshoot IT issues, and schedule services.
  • Research and resolve complex technical problems with cooperation from the Server Operations department.
  • Understand, research, and train others on new Title and Escrow software solutions.
  • Coordinate with Help Desk providers to resolve technical issues of varying severity.
  • Document support issues and follow up to ensure positive IT experiences.
  • Travel to remote offices and work after hours or on weekends to address critical outages.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree preferred.
    • 3-7 years of IT support experience preferred.
    • Valid drivers license required.
