Essential Functions:- Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to Management of the division, department or functional area.
- Prepares and maintains standardized and customized reports to support management in understanding key performance indicators.
- Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.
- Uses financial and business acumen to analyze and understanding significance of reported numbers and helps answer top-level business questions by harvesting and converting data into management insight.
- §Processes departmental changes including, but not limited to:
oProduct codesoPersonnel-related changesoPosition requisitions§Provides information relevant to Division's/Department's operational status on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Management on topics such as but not limited to:oSalesoIncoming/outgoing unitsoOvertimeoRejects/ReturnsoTotal employee unitsoMaterial usage
- Coordinates activities between internal departments and other Company Divisions and/or Functional areas.
- Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
- Maintains all record keeping and record retention systems for Division/Department.
- May be responsible for or assist with performing payroll related duties such as but not limited to:
- Distributing, collecting, and correcting time sheets and production sheets.
- Performing manual data entry into the payroll system.
- Researching and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Reconciling and auditing weekly payroll to ensure all adjustments/corrections are in the system.
- May serve as mentor to lower level Administrative Assistants and/or Operational Support team members in areas of problem solving, decision making, and process improvement.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with reporting and analytics.
- Minimum two (2) years in an administrative role or related experience
Pay Band: $21.43-$29.00
