Job Description :

Adecco is for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Support individual. The role's focus is on helping a team execute day-to-day tasks while rolling out a new growth strategy. You'll follow established processes and ensure smooth execution, with the opportunity to learn and gain exposure to how the company builds and scales new strategies.

  • Pay Rate : $ 32.14/hr

  • Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

  • Shift : M - F 9:30am - 5:30pm

  • Type: Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team by completing recurring operational tasks with accuracy and consistency

  • Assist with process documentation, tracking, and reporting

  • Provide general support across sales operations and consumer operations initiatives

  • Help with logistics, coordination, and communication for GTM activities

  • Ensure data and documents are kept up to date and organized

  • Flag issues or bottlenecks and escalate to the right team members.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales ops, GTM strategy, or analytical roles (internships included).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfort working with repetitive tasks and following clear processes

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly Eagerness to learn

Pay Details: $32.14 per hour
