JustTech is actively seeking a motivated professional with excellent communication & organizational skills for an Operations Specialist position. This individual would join our team and provide support for our operations department. Duties include Equipment Procurement Process, Contracts Management, Invoice Creation, SalesForce Data Entry, Revenue Reports, Sales Support Assistance, Order Funding Management, and other duties as required.
JustTech is a technology company specializing in providing Print Solutions, Network Solutions and App Solutions.
Through our Print Solutions, we offer sales and support for Xerox copiers & printers. Currently we are managing thousands of copiers & printers making millions of impressions every month.
With our Network Solutions, we provide Managed Network Services & IT Support to more than 120 small businesses, non-profits and religious organizations. We specialize in proactive support and provide onsite & remote assistance.
JustTech also creates and deploys custom apps for Xerox multifunction printers that are used on devices around the globe.
Job Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent certification. Associate's degree is preferred or related experience to the position.
Ability to use Microsoft Exchange, Excel and Word.
Ability to multi-task and handle a wide variety of assignments.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience with an automated accounting system.
Experience with e-Automate is a plus.
SalesForce experience also a plus.
