What You Offer Token is building out our operations team and we're looking for a high energy operations specialist. This role plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and smooth delivery of goods to customers. Reporting to the Operations Analyst, this role contributes to operational efficiency and data accuracy. The Operations Specialist also provides backup support in inventory management, assisting in stock level tracking and seamless operational flow. You'll be working with a strong team that thrives on communication, transparency, and is committed to building a safer, more secure world one ring at a time.
Responsibilities: - Prepare, package, and ship customer orders in alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping delays or returns.
- Assemble product bundles according to specification.
- Conduct quality checks on all kitted products.
- Assist the Operations Analyst in maintaining and improving logistics workflows.
- Prepare shipment documentation, including customs and compliance paperwork.
- Track order statuses and escalate operational issues proactively.
- Provide backup support for inventory management, including performing cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor and address inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the Operations Analyst.
- Support restocking, receiving, and maintaining organized warehouse operations.
- Embrace AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency in order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and logistics workflows.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure optimal customer experience.

Educational Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field is a plus.
Other Experience, Requirements & Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
- Experience using order management or inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite).
