The Operations Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for operational roles across the organization. This position plays a key role in building a strong workforce by identifying talent that aligns with the company's culture, values, and operational needs. 1 Opening -- candidate can set at our Roanoke IN, Louisville KY, Wentzville MO, or Kansas City MO facility. Full-time, exempt. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (On-site role). Key Responsibilities 1. Partner with facility HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for operational roles, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 3. Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire). 4. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. 5. Support onboarding efforts and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Qualifications
- Education Minimum Required: Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience Minimum Required: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume or hourly roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques,
- Expanded knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Working Conditions The following working conditions are present or expected on a daily basis:
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel on short notice, as required
- Office setting in manufacturing environment
- Limited exposure to weather elements, chemical, robotics, industrial manufacturing and automotive vehicles
- Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times on the production floor
