Job Description
As an Operations Project Manager with our client, a real estate technology company, you will oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Your expertise in project management, communication, and problem-solving will drive seamless integration and operation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation and Planning:
- Collaborate with sales to understand project requirements and solutions.
- Assign roles within the project team.
- Conduct external kick-off meetings with clients, including single property and large-scale projects with 100+ properties.
- Project Coordination and Execution:
- Organize site surveys, install QR codes, and take photos to build scope of work.
- Review photos for accuracy before sending scope to hardware technicians.
- Engage with subcontractors for quotes.
- Ensure hardware is shipped and delivered correctly.
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors throughout the project.
- Oversee installation and handover to onboarding managers.
- Update project management tools and maintain documentation.
- Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform quality checks and resolve issues during execution.
- Ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as main contact during project execution.
- Provide regular updates and address concerns.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and suggest workflow improvements.
- Maintain updated documentation.
