Operations Program Specialist II - BAE Systems, plc : Job Details

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.The role of the Ops Specialist II is to help oversee and manage the programs/projects within Operations responsibility. He/she serves as the liaison amongst the various functional groups within Operations and as the single POC between Operations as a whole and the balance of the company. This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production. The Ops Specialist II aids in preparing project execution plans, identifies the technical and business resources needed, reviews status of projects and budgets against the plan, manages schedules preparing / presenting status and assesses issues and develops resolutions.
