Operations Practice Analyst, FCP - FINANCE - Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin : Job Details

Provide observations and interpretation of data compiled from a variety of sources including: advanced understanding of systems and data sources, Independently complete data analyses as they relate to strategic initiatives, ad hoc requests, business plans, capital operational projects and other strategies as needed, Independently distribute timely reports and provide meaningful and actionable insight, Supports clinical and operational leaders by analyzing practice performance, identifying operational opportunities, and developing data-driven insights to improve quality, patient access, and financial outcomes. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or healthcare environment is required. Highly preferred experience in storytelling with data and identifying analytic opportunities. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree is required.
