Ensures the coordination and facilitation of SB 80, Multi Disciplinary and Institutional staffings. Ensures diligent efforts and advanced searches are being made. Monitoring and ensuring accomplishment of programmatic and managerial goals and objectives. Assists with implementing strategies to enhance and increase field performance. Conducting special quality assurance reviews. Handling of investigations of special incidents and/or complaints regarding Department programs. Attending and participating in community projects/meetings. Establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with governmental officials and community service organizations in the service area. Ensures staff maintain an organized tracking system to account for multidisciplinary staffings. Aids the Program Administrators and their staff in the management and operation of Child Protection through the evaluation and observations of the MDT Coordinators.
