We're looking for a data-savvy Operations Metrics & Reporting Analyst who thrives on digging into numbers, uncovering insights, and improving how teams work. You'll join a high-impact team supporting a national leader in restoration services that partners with Fortune 500 clients across the country. This is your chance to own reporting processes, influence operational decisions, and help shape data-driven strategies — all from the comfort of your home (after initial training).

  • Work with a mission-driven team serving top-tier clients
  • Build and scale reporting that leaders actually use

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver recurring reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly KPIs)
  • Identify data trends, spot issues, and escalate insights to leadership
  • Recommend process improvements based on performance metrics
  • Create repeatable, scalable reporting systems and automation
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between goals and metrics
  • Support ad hoc reporting for operations, strategy, and executive initiatives

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operations
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP)
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Math, or a related field (preferred)

What's In It for You:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off + holidays
  • Company laptop + cellphone provided

Important Notes:

  • Must be located in the Troy or Birmingham, MI area to attend periodic in-person meetings
  • No relocation assistance is offered.
