Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity (in-store and office-based). This role is central to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient store operations. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day workflows, and partner with regional and corporate leadership to elevate our performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee store operations and team performance to ensure productivity, compliance, and high standards

Implement strategic initiatives to improve service delivery, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency

Supervise and coach department leads and team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment

Manage budgets, analyze performance data, and contribute to P&L planning and execution

Enforce all operational policies, health & safety regulations, and labor requirements

Serve as a key liaison between in-store operations and corporate functions

Lead or participate in local and regional initiatives tied to sustainability, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years in operations or leadership roles within retail, grocery, or supply chain environments

Demonstrated success in team leadership, performance management, and process improvement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in operational systems, analytics, and workflow tools

Must be a current U.S. resident and legally authorized to work in the United States

Must be available to work on-site and in-office as part of a hybrid schedule (not remote)

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)

Employment Options: Full-Time or Part-Time

Work Arrangement:Hybrid Only (no fully remote work)
