Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at our small but growing senior care agency, located in Delray Beach, FL.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery to all clients and potential clients, regulatory compliance with Florida Health Department requirements, staffing, scheduling and business development. Must have significant hands on experience in client services, scheduling, recruiting and HR. This role is suited for a manager who is capable to grow as the agency grows.
