When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Clinical Services, the Operations Manager manages and supervises all staff in assigned clinic patient care units according to the policies, philosophy and objectives of the Radiation Oncology Department and the hospital to create a system of quality health care and to ensure that the operational needs of the department are met in order to provide high quality care for patients. The Operations Manager maintains a current level of knowledge with management leadership skills and maintains current Radiation Therapist Licensure, as defined by professional organizations and complies with all regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies.Job Description:Minimum QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelor Degree in a related area.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school for therapeutic radiologic technology

Licensure, Certification, Registration:

• Must be registered by the ARRT and hold a valid Mass. Radiologic technologist license

Experience:

• A minimum of five years of Radiation Therapist experience with increasing healthcare management responsibilities
