Arrow Waste has been Atlanta's hometown waste company for over 30 years, providing roll-off, commercial, and residential waste collection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is responsible for all elements of the site. Including, but not limited to:

· Promote culture of safety & customer service.

· Driver recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and separations.

· Daily staffing and route coverage. Always ensure proper staffing levels.

· Daily route completion, ensuring excellent customer service.

· Comfortable giving positive recognition, as well as direct correction and accountability when needed.

· You must be comfortable using a computer and being trained in different systems.

The Operations Manager position is a very 'hands on' role, in a fast-paced environment. You are the direct point of contact for our drivers. Our daily operational success depends on you. Education and Experience

· Education: High School Diploma or GED

· Must have CDL

· Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience. Leading company drivers (not subcontractors). Route supervision experience preferred.
