We're partnering with a leading food and beverage manufacturer to hire an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily plant operations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving performance across safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead daily plant operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance for a three-shift operation.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity through effective resource utilization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and optimize plant-wide performance.
• Support budgeting and financial planning to maximize operational efficiency.
• Champion safety initiatives and maintain high standards of housekeeping.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in liquid processing.
• Proven success in improving operations while maintaining daily performance.
• Strong understanding of plant functions including production, quality, maintenance, and materials.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro) and process improvement tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
