Feast & Fettle is hiring an Operations Manager for our Port Chester, NY Fulfillment Center. As the site manager at our Port Chester Fulfillment Center, you'll set the tone for the entire work location-leading by example, building a strong team culture, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and to standard. You'll oversee teams across Fulfillment and Logistics functions, driving performance and developing people while fostering a collaborative relationship with your peers and partners at our Rhode Island HQ. This is a senior onsite leadership role focused on operational excellence, people management, accountability, and continuous improvement.Typical workweek: Sunday-Wednesday, 5:30am-3:30pm, with occasional flex shifts to support overnight team membersWhat you'll doYou are the driving force behind operational success at our Port Chester Fulfillment Center. You ensure product received from Rhode Island is handled with care, orders are packed with accuracy, and deliveries leave the facility on time. After almost two years of operations, the site functions well but is looking for a leader to bring it to the next phase of growth through continued expansion across the five boroughs and further into NY and NJ. You lead with intention, bringing structure and high standards to every step of the fulfillment and delivery process. You manage daily KPIs and labor metrics to optimize performance, identify opportunities, and maintain consistency. You lead staff by coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable-always aiming to build a workplace that's safe, supportive, and high performing. You partner closely with cross-functional teams, especially at our Rhode Island HQ, to align processes, troubleshoot challenges, and implement improvements that elevate the entire operation.
