#x 9; Strategic Operational Management Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals. Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operations of production-related activities. Develop and implement a proactive approach to ensure maximum operational efficiency (OEE) and quality. Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability. Manage budgets, forecasts, and objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Identify, develop, and implement strategies to meet and exceed production targets. Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives using a data-driven approach.
