We are seeking an outgoing and collaborative Operations Manager to join a leader within the industrial manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a 50 employee plant to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost that will be executed through lean and manufacturing processes. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree focused within Welding & Fabrication with 12 years of proven leadership and lean experience [ \n\t.
