Job SummaryLead the action behind the scenes! As an Operations Manager, youll drive operational excellence and support large-scale food and beverage service at Oakland Arena. This role will lead teams, streamline logistics, and elevate guest satisfaction with strategic coordination and hands-on leadership across events.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
3+ years of leadership in foodservice, stadium, or event operations
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and team management experience
Proficiency in POS, inventory, and labor management systems
ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations across all event departments
Manage staffing plans, training, and shift execution
Partner with culinary and purchasing teams for efficient service delivery
Uphold Levy standards in guest service, sanitation, and safety
Monitor event flow, resolve issues, and adjust operations as needed
Evaluate post-event metrics and recommend improvements
