The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring efficiency in processes, and maintaining quality and on-time delivery goals. This role requires on-site presence and collaboration with different teams within the organization. You will have 17 direct reports. You will also build relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
