Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the owners and other department managers to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, including setting long-term goals and defining business objectives
  • Attend weekly Level 10 meetings facilitated by the leadership team to ensure accountability and address high-level issues
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization and between the executive team and employees, communicating company goals, policies, and initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between HR consulting agency to ensure accurate job descriptions, update the Employee Handbook, create onboarding/offboarding policies, and oversee training programs
  • Coordinate communication, foster collaboration, and ensure that everyone is aligned with the company s goals and objectives
  • Work with COO to develop company policies and workflow processes
  • Help oversee investor relationship and processes, ensuring that investors receive prompt and efficient communications.
  • Support Accounting Manager on annual corporate tax process and filings, AP/AR and budgeting
  • Maintain legal entities in good standing (annual reports, F&E taxes etc)
  • Coordination of office events and assisting COO on off-sites, all hands, employee appreciation, monthly team outings etc.
  • Organize training sessions, develop onboarding programs, and encourage continuous learning to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff
  • Technology: Instill technology across the organization, manage current systems, and implement new technology as needed
  • Assist in capital raise campaigns, investor relations and preparing presentation decks
  • Provide primary oversight of property management operations and maintenance functions performed by the third-party property management company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
