Job Description

Management Consultants gain exposure to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, working side by side with frontline managers and supervisors to drive sustainable performance and financial improvements. They customize solutions based on proven methodologies and their experience as business leaders, focusing on enhancing productivity, quality, service, and profitability.

This position requires 100% weekly travel, Sunday through Friday, to designated project locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service client organizations to solve business issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve performance for sustainability.
  • Understand client challenges and technologies to facilitate behavioral changes.
  • Analyze data regarding key business drivers to inform organizational decision-making.
  • Identify waste in resources and recommend operational improvements.
  • Discuss organizational shortcomings with clients and influence sustainable solutions.
  • Guide clients in accountability and staff utilization.
  • Collaborate with frontline leaders to improve management behaviors.
  • Coach clients to approach issues proactively and confidently.
  • Assist with tool development or modification.
  • Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively.
Travel and Per Diem

Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to pass background and screening checks.
