This role is central to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient store operations. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day workflows, and partner with regional and corporate leadership to elevate our performance and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee store operations and team performance to ensure productivity, compliance, and high standardsImplement strategic initiatives to improve service delivery, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiencySupervise and coach department leads and team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environmentManage budgets, analyze performance data, and contribute to P&L planning and executionEnforce all operational policies, health & safety regulations, and labor requirementsServe as a key liaison between in-store operations and corporate functionsLead or participate in local and regional initiatives tied to sustainability, customer satisfaction, and operational improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years in operations or leadership roles within retail, grocery, or supply chain environmentsDemonstrated success in team leadership, performance management, and process improvementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in operational systems, analytics, and workflow toolsMust be a current U.S. resident and legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust be available to work on-site and in-office as part of a hybrid schedule (not remote)Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)Employment Options: Full-Time or Part-TimeWork Arrangement:Hybrid Only (no fully remote work)Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:401(k) with company matchHealth insuranceDental and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off & holidaysEmployee discountsCareer development and training opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
