Responsibilities
- Manage the resources (human, material and automated) in the operational areas in order to support the requirements of the production plan.
- Coach and mentor Group Leaders, Team Leaders, and Team Members on the vision of the organization, policies and procedures.
- Communicate to staff and hourly associate's regarding operational topics & changes that impact all levels of the business unit
- Provide process improvement ideas and solutions to the Senior Management Team
- Promote and value diversity of the organization.
- Responsible for succession and in the labor market with the profile” A Player” and train the staff to improve the level of capacity for the implementation of the strategy of Schnellecke Logistics.
- Measure and present performance improvement in defined facets of the operation.
- Provide world class customer service both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Ability to manage and maintain KPI's.
